WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

Life coaching is a set of proven tools that are applicable in various situations and help people in all areas of life. It can be aimed at the development of people, relationships, spirituality, health and professional success.

What makes a person happy, healthy and successful?

Each person's answer is unique. Each of us has different values and beliefs about what we want to achieve, how we will do it, and what we generally think about success.

As a life coach, you will work with clients in regular coaching sessions. These can be face-to-face meetings (face-to-face), by phone or Skype. During the first meetings, you will identify priority strategies for success and form an idea of your clients' temperament, their needs and communication style. You will contribute to your client's success by helping them define a vision, prioritize and develop an action plan.
